Tracking Information

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Lost or Stolen Packages

Leta’ Luxes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Returned Packages

Packages returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery may be subject to additional shipping fees before being reshipped.
